Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller

Tim Daly joined Vanqua in September 2024 where he serves as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller. With over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and expertise in financial operations, Tim leads Vanqua’s overall financial and operations infrastructure. Tim’s passionate about building teams and structure to support Vanqua’s growth and mission of bringing breakthrough therapies to patients with neurodegenerative diseases.

Prior to joining Vanqua, Tim served as Senior Vice President, Finance, and Treasurer at Cellarity, a Flagship Pioneering Company. Prior to joining Cellarity, Tim served as Executive Vice President, Finance, Corporate Controller & Treasurer at Ovid Therapeutics. During his 6-year tenure with the Company, Tim was part of the team to launch Ovid’s Initial Public Offering in May 2017. In addition, he assisted the company with strategic financings, including Ovid’s partnership with Takeda Pharmaceutical Limited and Angelini Pharma Rare Disease, and in the completion of several follow-on offerings.

Prior to joining Ovid, Tim had senior finance roles at Advanced Health Media LLC, a global provider of technology to healthcare professionals and at Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly held pharmaceutical company. Prior to this, he served in various operational finance roles during his 12-year tenure at ImClone Systems Incorporated, acquired by Eli Lilly and Company, including the commercial launch of Erbitux®.

Tim earned his B.S. in accounting from Rider University.
